Contact Me

I believe in the healing power of relationships. Often, what leads people to therapy is feeling disconnected. Humans are relational creatures with a primal need to feel accepted. A sense of raw brokenness in relationships can leave one feeling hopeless. You can expect me to help you through relational healing – with yourself, and those around you. As your therapist, I will encourage you to practice feeling fully connected to yourself and others.

My approach

My aim as a therapist is to be flexible, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I will help you hold a light up to your problem and gently challenge you to look at it from all sides. However, we will never go to places where you are not willing or able to go. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my focus is on teaching you how to name, welcome, and stay present with your emotions as they ebb and flow. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My clinical experience includes, but is not limited to working with: complex trauma, eating disorders, identity issues, infidelity, mood disorders, post-abortion recovery, pre-marital stress, grief, addiction, LGBTQ+ populations, inter-cultural couples, and sexual abuse.
