There are times in our lives when we are presented with challenges that seem overwhelming, and our usual ways of coping are no longer working. This can make us feel sad, lonely, confused, and depressed. Sometimes, we feel like no one understands our pain and we don’t want to burden others with our problems. If this sounds like you, it may be time to give therapy a try. I offer a safe space free from judgment to explore your struggles whether it is individually, as a couple, or with your family. Through curiosity, empathy, and experiential interventions, we will work together to uncover the present patterns that are keeping you stuck and create new ways of being which leads to increased resilience, improved functioning, and enhanced growth.

I enjoy empowering my clients to realize they are capable of making changes by working collaboratively on problem-solving and developing goals that are attainable and permanent. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from different backgrounds facing issues such as: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, sexual abuse, trauma, grief and loss, parenting concerns, ADHD, self-esteem, women’s issues, PTSD, and career struggles. Additionally, I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy which I use with my couples experiencing relationship
distress.
