Do you ever find yourself saying "It is not supposed to be this way"? At times we have all felt lost in life, or found ourselves in a place we do not wish to be. Whether it be at the hands of trauma, loss of self-esteem, familial discord, or failed relationships, sometimes we all need some guidance getting back to our best version of ourselves. I utilize Somatic and Experiential Theory based techniques to create a holistic approach to working on treatment goals. I have experience working with couples, individuals, and families with an emphasis on communication, rebuilding trust, intimacy, anxiety, depression, trauma, and body-image/self esteem concerns. I take a compassionate, client centered approach to therapy. I use my warmth to help create a safe place where the most vulnerable parts of yourself feel welcomed into the therapy room. My focus is on helping you get back in touch with your inner self and ensuring your life is one that aligns with your inner most hopes and dreams.

Are you looking to strengthen and improve your relationships? I believe that the quality of our relationships directly impacts the quality of our lives. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients increase their awareness of themselves and their relationships while providing skills to help them improve areas of their life. Whether you are looking to learn coping skills, work on healthy communication, identify negative behavior patterns within yourself or a relationship, or just need a safe place and someone to talk to, I work with you to help you achieve your goals. I am an LGBTQ+-affirming therapist and I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. My clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, working with issues of anxiety and depression; relationship struggles; life transitions; pre-marital stress; divorce and discernment; infidelity and sexual dysfunction. I believe that people are able to make positive and effective changes in their own lives. Sometimes in order to make these changes it is helpful to work through and process our past to gain a better understanding of ourselves. If you are looking to reconnect with yourself and those around you, let me help you along the way.

Welcome, I am glad you are here. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I hold the belief that we all have our own unique experiences. It is my view that relationships, including our own, have natural periods of highs and lows. Oftentimes these stressors are difficult, leaving us feeling stuck in limbo with a need to know ‘the answer’ before we can progress. I focus on addressing the root causes and unhealthy patterns or cycles preventing us from moving forward towards a healthier and happier version of ourselves and with others. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My passion is working with couples, individuals, and families. I consider myself to be down-to-earth with a friendly and curious nature. I truly enjoy the power of self-discovery as well as how communication enhancements can shift a relationship perspective. I value being sensitive cross-culturally, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the work with my clients. As well as an affirming and advocate clinician for the LGBTQAI+ community. My therapeutic approach consists of an eclectic style, using evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed therapy. I also adapt my approaches to fit your specific needs and goals including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Gottman, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy. I look forward to meeting you.

You may be dealing with stress, relationship conflict, substance use, or patterns that feel hard to change on your own. You might be trying to communicate more effectively, feel more stable, or understand yourself and your relationships in a clearer way. You want practical support, honest conversations, and a space where you can sort through what’s happening without judgment. You’re looking for someone who listens, helps you make sense of things, and works with you toward real, sustainable change. I use narrative, solution-focused, and CBT approaches to help you understand what’s influencing your story and what’s possible moving forward. Together, we build practical tools, strengthen communication, and explore new ways of relating—to yourself and others—in a supportive, culturally aware space. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you deserve a place where you’re heard and understood. I show up with warmth, curiosity, absolutely no judgement and respect for who you are and what you’ve been through.
