Navigating the emotions, interactions, challenges, and beautiful moments of everyday life can feel overwhelming. I hope to walk alongside you to help discover ways to make sense of it all. I believe that our relationships shape the ways we experience life. This includes the relationships with our stories, families, friends, co-workers, experiences, and most importantly with ourselves. There are so many ways we can be made to feel that our stories are unimportant because “there’s always someone who has it worse.” But I think every story is important because our stories shape and guide us. I want to hear your stories, hopes, challenges, and goals to help shape the life that you deserve.

We are all deserving of pleasure, joy, stability, understanding, and peaceful minds. I work from a systemic approach that considers all the relationships and influences in our lives as a part of the concerns or challenges that bring you to therapy. Utilizing Emotionally Focused and Narrative Therapy techniques, I hope to offer inclusive, affirming, and effective therapy that will bring you closer to your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I am LGBTQIA+, Ethically Non-Monogamous, and Kink positive y Se Habla Español (and Spanglish)!
